- Uninterrupted time: with Diana- the founder of TIP– an experienced guide and travel writer. This session will be private for you and/or your travel group. You’ll be provided with a link that will allow others in your party to join, even if they are based in a different location. We’ll use this time to plan a personalized itinerary, share local knowledge and answer your questions. I do not book on your behalf, but can help get you ready to book independently.
- Polish Language Primer: As a native Polish speaker and to enrich your trip, I can provide a quick language session, upon request, as part of the consult. You’ll learn key Polish phrases and cultural etiquette to help you navigate and connect more deeply with the local community.
- Navigating: Help with providing you with advice on the best transportation options for your itinerary.
- In-depth Local Knowledge: Having explored dozens of cities, numerous national parks, and various historical sites, I can enhance your itinerary with recommendations that go beyond the typical tourist attractions.
- Cultural and Historical Insights: My extensive visits to various historical and cultural sites, including numerous concentration camps, equip me with the knowledge to offer deeper insights into the significant places you’ll visit, providing context and appreciation for the sites that shape Poland’s history and identity.
- A recording of our consultation — perfect if you’d like to rewatch it in the future.
- A Google Sheet with your personalized itinerary/notes.
What Do I Need to Do to Prepare?
To make the most of your consultation, we suggest you come prepared with a few questions, chances are you’ll have no shortage of those. Strongly suggested: have an idea of which cities you want to explore and what you may want to see/experience.
If you have a rough itinerary, you’re welcome to email it through to travelsinpoland@gmail.com. Please note though, we cannot guarantee this will be read in advance of our meeting due to time constraints.
Though we don’t expect you to come fully prepared, the more organized you are, the more you’re likely to get out of our session.

Our local knowledge ensures that your route makes logistical sense, avoiding any doubling back. We also suggest amazing free sightseeing and can direct you to paid activities that offer the best value for money.
We practically guarantee that we’ll save you money by talking to us!
How Long Should I Book For?
Your booking length will depend on a number of factors including:
- How long you plan to be in Poland.
- How much of your itinerary is already prepared.
- The level of detail you would like to discuss.
- The number of general questions you have.
You might choose to book one appointment initially before going away to do some more research and reflection, and then book a follow-up call.
Alternatively, you might prefer to walk away with a finalized itinerary so you can begin finalizing accommodation and transport.
If starting from scratch, this is our recommendation:
- 1 hour for an itinerary that is up to 7 days long
- 1.5 hours for an itinerary that is between 8 days and 12 days
- 2 hours + for an itinerary over 13 days.
Mini Consultations
We also offer an introductory consultation for up to 30 minutes.
This time can be used to answer your questions or to create a draft route based on your interests and timeframe.
